Hinchinbrook produced his second two year-old winner of the new season when two year-old filly Whispering Brook saluted at Belmont in Perth on Saturday. Unbeaten in winning her first two barrier trials, the Simon Miller trained filly was a short priced favourite and scored by a length in the 1000 metre dash. A $45,000 Magic Millions National Weanling purchase from the Hillside Thoroughbreds draft for Aquanita Racing, Whispering Brook is the second winner for Artful Whisper (USA), a half-sister to stakes-winner High Maintenance. Hinchinbrook has a much larger second crop of two year-olds to run for him this season, so we can expect many more good results to come!
