A stunning bay colt by I Am Invincible proved the star attraction at the 2015 Inglis The Star Ready2Race Sale when setting a new record price for this sale of $540,000. A half-brother to Godolphin’s stakes-winning two year-old of last season Haptic, the colt from Troubeaut was consigned by Chevaux Bloodstock and bought by Chinese based Yu Long Investments. Yu Long investment’s Mr Zhang advised the colt would remain in Australia and be trained by Darren Weir. He was a super successful pin-hook having been bought as a yearling from the Yarraman Park draft at the MM National Yearling Sale for $260,000 earlier this year.
