Brisbane, August 8 – The famous colours of well-known owners Graham and Linda Huddy were carried to victory at Doomben on Saturday by three year-old I Am Invincible colt Most Important, who provided his outstanding young sire with his very first winner of the new season. A last start winner at the Sunshine Coast, the Tony Gollan trained youngster led throughout and fought on with great determination to win the open three year-old event over 1200 metres by half a head. Most Important was a $260,000 Magic Millions purchase from the Yarraman Park draft and has won three of seven starts earning over $107,000 in prizemoney. He is the third winner for Orange Marmalade (NZ), a half-sister by Stravinsky (USA) to Group III winner Just a Dream from Group III winner Majestic Angel. Yarraman Park sold the current two year-old from Orange Marmalade, a filly by I Am Invincible at Magic Millions this year for $210,000. Orange Marmalade has a yearling colt by I am Invincible and was covered last year by Hinchinbrook.
